    John Ruiz vs Fres Oquendo. NEVER and I mean NEVER have I heard a crowd boo two fighters like they did. It was so bad the referee made a mercy stoppage in about the 11th round as soon as Ruiz landed a few punches.

    The whole fight was nothing but clinching, holding, grabbing, and fouling.

    Honorable mention(s):

    Shannon Briggs vs Sergei Liakhovich

    or

    Chris Byrd vs Davaryl Williamson

    I didnt think this was boring at all, Floyd certainly should have opened up a lot more but it was a clinic, borderline masterpiece (yes, I know Baldo isnt Ray Robinson but he was still a champion)

    It was a perfect performance to get a result but I remember thinking to myself, do I really want to watch any more of this?

    I thought DLH-Mosley II was good for the first 6 or so rounds, and then Oscar was coasting to victory (or so we thought).

    I like The World Awaits, a good tactical boxing match and a pretty decent performance from an ageing legend.

    Yeah, its not my personal view that its a boring fight, I've just heard a lot of people say that they feel it was. I kind of view it like Lewis-Tua, not very entertaining but certainly a performance worthy of appreciation.

    Agreed.

    It was all about one fighter, you only noticed Baldo when his head snapped back, he looked really slow in there, just looked a completely different class from each other.

    I actually fell asleep after the 4th round of Mayweather vs Baldomir because I remember having to endure the undercard and then the main event came on and I was out and woke up at the start of the 12th round. I forced myself to watch it the next day and I can appreciate what Floyd did to win but he stunk out the joint, this fight didn't warrant a countdown show

    Dawson vs. Tarver 1 was the only fight that I have ever literally fallen asleep watching. Mind you it was four in the morning, but normally a fight can keep me awake.
