He beat the reiging long term linial champion in 2 rounnds, beating Bradley or Valero does jack to move him passed two high level ATGs. Hell beating Valero does less than nothing as he is a 135lb fighter moving up not even a belt holder.

yes it is a weak division...but it would make pacquiao a better h2h fighter over some other ATGs if he dominated valero and bradley like what he does to hatton.. beating JMM, cotto, mosley or PBF would make him legit top 12. knocking them out would push him in the top 8
right now hatton, tszyu, benitez, delahoya, loi and ortiz ranks higher than pacquiao at 140. beating bradley, pac would surpass all those 140 pounders
