    240 lbs?:admin:patsch

And how can he say weight killed him with Abraham?
With Pavlik it might affected him but I won't get into that. And saying he stayed around the SMW limit when he weighed in for his last fight at 179.......:nono

I'm sorry he said that. I was flattered early on when he said he felt Puerto Rico like a second home, but to completely forget where you're fom? I don't think he realizes what he did to most of his Colombian fans.

Perhaps he did alienate his Columbian fanbase but where were they when he was dying of hunger on the side of a road?

    I kinda understand his feeling.

This is a ridiculous statement...where were Puerto Rican fans then? he wasn't even a boxer.

I can tell you from experience, a lot of his fanbase in Florida are Colombian and this is a slap in their face. I didn't see ANY PR fans in Florida cheering for him. He may fight in California but when he loses he will have to go back to Florida...and who will cheer him then? :hi:

I was there at Miranda's fight with Green. I was supporting him but I thought we (Puerto Rico & Colombia) had a shared costudy of him :yep anyways, I don't think Ward fights like Green. I think Ward might outpoint him.

All he will have to do is apologize, as everyone loves their prodigal son.

**** all that noise. He would have died on the streets of Columbia if he hadn't learned to be a boxer. Columbia does nothing for it's people, there's no reason for them to have allegiance to a piece of cloth (the flag) that means nothing to them. Unless of course, you're one of those right wing ******s who happens to think that some certain piece of dirt is more important and superior to any other because it happened to be where that special peice of joy, YOU, were born.

Well if you think like a businessman then you know not to **** off your fans. What has PR done for him anyway? teach him the art of punch? he already had that...did they make him a boxer? no...he still lacks defense. Check out his boxrec before you sound ignorant...he fought most if not all his early fights in Colombia. I am glad he found a better place to live and wish him good luck.
