Never really been a fan of UFC, caught the first episode of this UFC UK V USA thing the other week watched them all since, anyway, been really getting into it, and after playing the UFC demo on PS3 im becoming a bit of a fan. Anyway..... can somebody recommend me some UFC's? I just watched 1 and 2, obviously this was right at the beginning and its come along way since then, was hoping to see some of the epic battles, anyone recomendations?

Check out the UFC Best Knockouts DVDs. I think they are up to 4 or 5 of them now. Those DVDs have the best highlights in terms of KO's.

Also worth tracking down are any of the now defunct Pride specials: Pride Knockouts vol 1 or 2 as well as Pride Submissions.

I highly recommend checking out the Rickson Gracie documentary for a look at the genesis of MMA in the early 90's. We have a special thread with the videos embedded from Youtube.

Just in case your one of those guys who thinks BJJ is for gays, watch Mir vs Sylvia. You'll never think it's gay again.

Ya, Starnes vs. Quarry for sure.

It has all the drama of McClellan v. Benn, and the finish of Marciano v. Walcott.
