A shot tyson....wow what balls,,,,an he gave vitali two week notice if i am correct,,,again another big display of courge, right up there with retiring instead of getting a 30 million dollar payday
The last thing to go is your punch,so your argument that he didn't want to face big punchers is still flawed beyond belief.
He's a KO artist but not a big puncher? Your precious Farmboxer seems base his arguements on Vitali's KO %. I wouldn't exactly call a 6 round fight "long". How many people actually picked Tyson to beat Lewis? And is this the same Tyson that Vitali chased after Lewis had already wiped the floor with him? :hi:
After Johnson pulled out due to a chest injury, they both had the same time to prepare for each other. What the **** does that have to do with courage?
Johnson at the time was seen as a dangerous fighter, so lewis had to train for atleast that threat, but who was vitali training for, no big name that i remember, so who would be more pre-pared, an when i say courage, the poster before was stated the courages it was for lewis to take on two big punchers,,,,sanders was bigger threat then tyson, i give that tyson victory as much credit as i give james toney for beating holyfield
So what you're saying is Kirk Johnson wasn't a dangerous fight....thanks for that, he's one of VITLAYS biggest wins yet was considered a tune up fight for Lewis Tyson was old yes but not shot when he fought Lewis. Lewis was older than Tyson when they fought but was closer to his best than Tyson was. That wasn't the argument anyway, you said Lewis was avoiding punchers at this stage - and the fact that he fought a top 5 ALL TIME HW puncher pretty much makes your argument ridiculous. Add to that he then took on this guy that you Klit-ites love to claim is the biggest KO artist ever at 2 weeks notice when he was supposedly avoiding punchers sort of hammers the final nail in the coffin of that argument :hi: As for the WALDO argument, well around this time WALDO got blitzed by Sanders, why the hell would Lewis want to fight him? WALDO was never really on Lewis's radar when Lewis was active. It's irrelevent anyway, Lewis beat the snot out of the better brother and the reasonable minds on here can draw their own conclusions as to what would have happened if WALDO had faced Lewis at any point - it would have been a quick, painful lesson for WALDO :deal
Oh we know all about that....he'd just make a ton of excuses as per usual, and stage a comeback. Luckily for him at the moment there's nothing out there to beat - a few years back he knew this too which is why he stuck to the WBO, and he couldn't even hang onto that worthless strap :rofl
The two week notice thing worked both ways, seeing as BOTH fighters only got 2 weeks notice. It's amazing how you have to keep stating the bleeding obvious on here....
Funny that isn't it? No doubt had the fight happened and VITLAY won we'd have heard no end of **** about VITLAY beating the great Mike Tyson..... A certain Klit-ite actually tried to pump up VITLAYS win over Danny Williams by saying that Williams stopped Tyson quicker than Lewis did a while back, I laughed so hard I nearly had an accident :rofl:rofl:rofl
:rofl:rofl:rofl Sanders was a bigger threat due to what, exactly? KO'ing WALDO? Big deal. If Tyson had faced WALDO back then he'd have had him out of there even quicker than Sanders did.
For all british ******s here: Tyson never was a huge puncher. He was strong fast and accurate and that's what made him so dangerous. By that time he was COMPLETELY SHOT. No speed, no usual stamina, no accuracy, no combinations no wiling to win. Vitaly wonted him to complete childhood dreams.
