The rest of your post is bollocks but the bold part is MEGA-bollocks.

Have you seen pictures of VITLAY after the Lewis fight, by any chance? As I said before, go to bed, you're making a **** of yourself. You have the cheek to talk about IQ levels in the UK too :lol::lol:

Lewis was training for the bigger threat, were vitali had not been training for the world champ,,,,,that is my point, vitali no question had less focus in his fight IMO,,,the sudden changed favored lewis

Also, tyson was shot at this time, ****ed up more then normal in the head, this fight was a cake walk for lewis,,,,,,if lewis fought corrie sanders instead, that would of been a bigger threat,,,,

Why no rematch for vitali? the money was there, he earned it, he said he would give one,,,,,,,

I give lewis respect for looking out for history an fans like you, were would you be in your argument if lewis took his rematch beating like a champ,,,,no question we would not be on page 15:hi:

Holmes said that Earnie Shavers hit him harder, he didn't say he'd been hit harder lots of times.

Given that Earnie Shavers is most peoples number 1 puncher of all time at HW, Holmes statement holds water. Your Klit-based bull**** however, does not.

Champs do not have to re-beat challengers that they already beat, sorry to break that one to you

The history books will show that Lennox Lewis was a better fighter than VITLAY because an old, unmotivated, fat Lennox Lewis beat the snot out of a prime VITLAY Klitschko.

Spin it all you like, the real fans of the sport won't give a **** :hi:

Vitali got a rare opportunity to fight on and pull it out he didnt, in Vegas or any other state they would have stopped the fight due to that cut in the first round, he was given how many more rounds to win? and couldnt he hit Lewis with all he had and couldnt get him out of there.

Had that fight gone another round or two V Klit lovers wouldnt have this arguement as more blood would have gotten into that eye, V would have continued to gas, and Lewis would have stepped it up and stopped him.

You should be grateful the ref stopped the fight it actually is the reason Vitali has a career today, that fight saved it, due to his heroic performance against Byrd.

I know why lewis an tyson fought,,,i wanted to see the fight too, i lived in vegas at the time an i bet on tyson, 5 to 1 i think,,,that is big odds, no one thought tyson was going to win, except die-hards, but i bet for the payout

I respect the game of boxing, an respect the rule in which vitali lost, maybe another round is what he needed, who knows, but to me that fight warented a rematch, an lewis even said yes to it, but once the tough fight sunk in, he said NO

Honestly it didnt, Lewis was giving back to Canada for allowing him to represent in the Olympics that is why he was fighting Johnson, he had stated he just wanted Tyson and he was done, he was ready to retire.
The extra rounds V Klitschko was given was enough and he couldnt get it done, any other state that fight would have been stopped then and there not later in the fight.

Vitali was given a fair shot to pull it out he just couldnt Lewis was too skilled for that to happen.

Actually, I remember a lot of people, not just the Tyson faithful, who predicted that Lewis would end up on his back.

No way. If Lewis was given another round to bounce right hands off Vitali's already sliced face, it could have been career ending, not just fight ending.

Are you talking about directly after the fight? Not fair for Vitali to jump on Lewis the way he did.

Lewis had nothing left to prove and retired with dignity. Vitali still tries to call out Lewis to this day.

I agree with you for the most part,,,but as you said he was talking about a rematch with tyson, but once this fight happened,,,,lewis stopped talking to tyson about a rematch, an instead headed for the door

    Why?

cause he knew he was getting beat by a guy who was more under-prepared, an that was enough for fear to settle in lewis heart

lewis dragged on the talks for months, told vitali he had to get his eye checked by lewis doctor to get the OK, it was all over the boxing websites, an after all the OK's, lewis said, he was not going to fight,,,,,,

    Hence forth, SINKING IN,

Johnson was considered so dangerous, the WBC were extremely reluctanct to sanction it as a title fight, for a while there was talk of it being a non-title match up. It was really just a keep busy fight until the contractually obligated Tyson rematch. (I think it was at both fighters request, purely for payday reasons).

Tyson kept putting it off, Lewis really seemed to be treading water until that rematch (an easy win for big money) and organised the Johnson fight as an all Canadian kind of thing. (Yes, Lewis is British, but he's Canadian too. You can be more than one nationality).

Who was Johnson seen as dangerous by? Ruiz fans?

He knocked maskeav out, an i know he was in ring top 10, i want to say #7,,, keep in mind there were talks about Jones too, he was in the mix, trust me vitali cost lewis a **** load of money, an his ass knows it, cause he knew vitali wanted a rematch, i think, but i can't say for certain, vitali was made the mandatory after the his loss to lewis,,,,,,it wasn't till after the vitali/lewis fight, did the tarver jones match up was made...

    :good

Exactly, knowing the fragile state of wlad, Lewis would jump on him and it would be over inside 3 rounds.
