I think most of you underestimate cotto. I believe he proved his speed during the Mosley fight.... I mean let's face it. We all know Mayweather got that ass spanked during the De La Hoya fight :/

Please....JMM has been down already at least 6 times in his career against Norwood, Pacquiao (4), and Barrera. If those smaller guys can put JMM down, don't you think that the most gifted, accurate, and skilled fighter of this generation can put JMM away? Especillay considering that Mayweather is naturally bigger, and and has a lot less mileage on his odometer.

i think cotto wins on point.

hell be busier, and hell land more against floyd than anybody has in the past, and hell actually land some clean punches.

i wouldnt be surprised at all to see mayweather hit the canvas. i would, however, be surprised if there was a stoppage.

I've heard that said so many times now that its becoming meaningless. Particularly before the Pacquaio-DLH, and Taylor-Froch fights.

I voted Cotto, because I don't subscribe to the idea that Mayweather can't be beat, especially because he lost to Castillo and got outboxed by Zab Judah for a significant period of the fight.

Please tell me you didn't actually watch these fights. If did watch them, then either you don't remember them well or you a have a strange idea as to what it means to outbox someone.

Everyone can be beat... of course, we all know this.... but...

The best anyone can ever come up with to show any weaknesses of Mayweather in the ring are Zab winning the 1st third of their fight, Castillo arguably being robbed the 1st time & DLH running him close.

Even then... FMJs fans can say... Look how he went on to dominate Zab & win very clearly.... Look what happened in the rematch vs Castillo were there was 0 dispute as FMJ said there would be none without the injury.... DLH was the bigger man at his most comfortable weight & A LOT of people thought Floyd won clearly.

You see what Im getting at ?
Nobody is unbeatable but its going to take a special fighter to beat Mayweather & Im pretty sure Cotto is not that man... at least not from what Ive seen.
The only fight were Cotto truly impressed me was the Mosely fight, I think he`s very overrated & I would be shocked if he beat Mayweather... thats all.

Cotto would outpoint Mayweather, but I kinda doubt he would KO him.
