Hell No, he isn't even close. Let's make a quick comparison that should give some of you some enlightenment. We have a fighter like Thomas Hearns, P4P the hardest hitting boxer to ever step foot in the ring and won of the most skilled. He one titles from Welter all the way to Cruiser. Nearly beat Leonard in his prime and DID in the rematch. Knocked Duran out cold, nearly shut out Benitez, and beat a good champion in Hill at Light-Heavy. His skill and resume is far superior to Pac's and YET most still don't rank him in the top 20, so what in the hell makes some of you think that Pac belongs there...REALLY. Some of you need to seriously wake the **** up.

Chavez was shot to pieces his prime was in the 80´s you can say he was the WBC champ and all that **** but the fact remains that he was shot he never did anything after the DLH fights,Barrera was much closer to his prime than JCC after Pac beat him he went on to beat Morales in the third fight not to mention it was Barrera that chose Pac as his oponent and not the other way around and that Pac was moving up in weight.DLH never beat one great fighter convincingly. this isnt even about comparing Pac and DLH´s record,DLH fought the better fighters thats clear to anyone but like i showed you what you did with Pac´s record can be done with almost every fighters record even one such as DLH that fought everyone. in regards to this thread of course Pac isnt top 20 all time but neither is anyone around in boxing right now.
