    Should immeadiately erase his name and substitute Manny Paquiao. The rest who do not have Pac in their top 20 but also dont have Pernells name there have a better case.

    I think that Pacquiao is hot on Whitaker's heels.


    The thing is, Pacquiao's electric skillset has only been apparent in four fights.

    Whitaker was absolutley brilliant for years. That counts for plenty.

    He's on about the top 20. And there are certainly not a 'million' ATG's.......as McGrain said, Pea was fantastic consistantly, and may just have one of the greatest wins of all time over the undefeated Chavez.

    If Pac beats Cotto however, he might just jump Pea. If he beats Cotto AND Money May, then he'd nearly be top 10 in my book.

    Yes. the guy fought everyone there was to fight and he was one of the most skilled fighters ever in his prime he barelly lost a round,his only clear loss happened against Tito when he was way past it.
