In a matchup of the current WBA Heavyweight champion Nikolai Valuev and WBA Heavyweight Champion In Recess Ruslan Chagaev we have the battle of rival WBA heavyweight champions to crown an undispted WBA Heavyweight champion.

So how do we see the rematch play out. As you know, Chagaev claimed the title on a majority decision. He is undefeated but has lost the regular title due to injury, hence his in recess title for the moment.

In actuality, I believe that Holyfield did outbox and outwork Valuev and got robbed in their title fight.

With that side bar, I ask that you vote and comment on this title fight in the hw division.

hmm says... Chagaev chases Valuev with a razor...... Maybe a ko will happen but I'm not sure who. Both like to unleash bombs, so I'm thinking whoever lands a good shot first and capitalizes will win. Chagaev perhaps since he's fairly quicker b/n the two... Just hope it doesn't turn out into another Valuev Holyfield match.

Chagaev will win. Valuev is an amateur fighter.

Depending on Chagaev's health, I think he will outbox Valuev.

However, I think Valuev will have his home cooking sorted out and will be given a decision win, robbing Chagaev of a rightful victory.

It will play out like this....

"And now on Setanta it's the fight for the Heavyweight Championship of the World" at which point I switch off and go out for a bite to eat...

Chagaev will win. Severely underrated fighter. I expect by a larger margin than last time.

Valuev isn't as bad as people say...but he's getting a bit old. Slowing down.

I dont really care who wins as long as the winner doesnt fight Ruiz or holyfield after.

The first fight was intersting. Chagaev used defense, quick hands and countering ability to win a tactical typs of fight. A good score would be 7 rounds for Chagaev, 5 rounds for Valuev. I must say Chagaev impressed me with skills and tactics.

However this fight could be different. I think Valuev has slipped a little, and Chagaev will win by a greater margin on points. Chagaev via decsion is my call.

It is still unclear if Chagaev has regained his form since the injury/layoff.

I want the winner here to meet Vitali Klitschko in a title unifcation match.

I think that Valuev will win disputed close decision.

It is funny that they market Valuev as one of the boxing biggest stars and people actually believe it.
Still it is great to have boxing event of this caliber in Finland.

    This.

I'm looking forwards to the fight. We find out if Chagaev's fit and we find out if Valuev has improved. Good. Good fight they did right to make it.

Another close, dreary decision. Chagaev looked terrible in his last bout and Valuev couldn't really separate himself form a 46 year old Holyfield. This is a tough fight to call. I'll go with Valuev to nip it.
