It's like saying show me humble Chinese Yao Ming fans. You know what as in any sport, fans are proud of their heroes who are making waves all over the world. I suppose they are entitled to bragging rights. You can't take that away from them, can you? Live with it. The Poles are proud of Golota. The Brits are proud of Hatton. Americans are proud of dela Hoya or even Floyd. Spaniards are proud of Nadal. The Swiss are proud of Federer. It's just normal. You've got to learn to live with it.
There are always assholes in any country. Too bad because Pinoys just have their bragging rights that night.
Of course they're proud I've got no issue with this. If Hatton won I'm sure there would be a hell of alot of gloating the otherway round. However, I just don't like being told all the time how 'humble' and 'classy' Pacs fans are but it's simply not true, they have there share of complete idiots aswell. That was my point from the first page. Perhaps I was to general in saying 'all'
You hit it right finally. This is better than generalizing Filipinos. Btw, not all Pac fans are Filipinos. He has fans from all nationalities.:deal
Dont underestimate them Filipinos man they tough mofos. They tiny like Mexicans but both fight bigger than they size. I know I've got into it with em in the past. LOL. It is just funny to see how outnumbered the Filipinos were. That was like a wall of white people watching that.
we were outgunned fanwise. I didn't see any brawls. Everyone was having a good time as it should be. I sat at the weigh in surrounded by brit fans. They cheered their fighters and booed manny Nothing wrong with that. I thought the filipino fans in that video could have shown more class. As your walking out the door, do you really need to see guys waving a flag around? No, walk out with everyone else and enjoy the rest of the night. "There's only one Manny Pacquiao" as the rest of the brits were quiet. its funny but looking back it wasn't. Hatton was seriously hurt but you couldn't see from the top of those seats to tell that Hatton was in trouble on the ground.
