Hey people Lontchi fight is not a done deal they are 2 other possible opponents for Juanma the other two are the Molitor and Escalante. juanma was schedule to fight Lontchi in his first defence, but the guy was pulled in short notice because he draw with a journeyman. Hopefullly they can reach an agrement to fight the oponents i mentioned early. But Escalante i think he will wait to a few more fisgts and Molitor wants to fight for the vacant belt if Caballero decides to move up. So this guy is the more posible one, but lets hear the offical oponnet first.
Gotcha....it took me a while to catch on, though spanish was my first language. wolves have to eat as well....the strong survive in this game.
Escalante is a good opponent. Molitor would be a good opponent but I believe he's got a fight in Canada the day BEFORE this event.
Gaudet was far from behing decapitated, one judge had him ahead (even tho I though Soto was winning by couple of rounds). Nobody can refuse a title shot..., it's not like Lontchi, Gaudet, Demers, etc will get easily another chance anytime soon.
Ohhh man, Lontchi is ****ed, it will be a ''good experience'', or a career ending and humiliating defeat.
Truthfully without any nuthugging of Lopez or hating of Lontchi but if Olivier gets out of the first round he will have done good. Anyway I don't think he lasts as much as Penalosa,that man is made of iron. I would like Jojo Dan to get thse type of fights too,altough you can't win but get exposure.
im looking forward to see Jo-Jo stepin up too! he got good skills . i was hoping to see him on the Diaconu-Pascal card but im not sure if Interbox want to pay for him to have good oppostion or big names!
it will be a great match up! both styles fit perfectly! it will be big here in Quebec but doesn't get too much recognition outside but im still buyin it!
