Different kind of fighters. Hatton is way more reckless than Clottey who will fight behind a high guard and counter. Not to mention Clottey stood up to Margo's attack and was beating him before hurting his hand while Cotto melted down. If anyone is getting stopped in this fight it will be Cotto.

WTF does Pac vs Hatton have to do with anything? A lot of people predicted Pac to KO Hatton, and Hatton has been hurt plenty of times before. Was Hatton getting stopped REALLY that shocking to you??

Now if Clottey gets stopped, I'd be shocked. That's a guy that has never even come close to being stopped.

My point is that back then a lot of people haden't heard of him - and to this day he is underestimated and not very popular with casual boxing fans. Sure everybody here knows who he is - but I hear others saying Cotto took an easy come back fight.

    Maybe.

Anyhow, the Clottey/Cotto fight should be a hell of a fight. Cotto will defintely need to work hard for a victory.

OK, then i'll say CLottey is a big WW. Do you agree with that?

I remember Clottey's first loss was a disqualification - and second was when he hurt his hand against Margarito. Has anybody ever seen him really hurt in a fight?

Everything about the size is too much talked.
Clottey went to 170 overnight(for a figth at 149) once so he has the image of a huge WW.He really ain't that big or has that much of a big punch. He usually comes in his 150's on fight night.
Cotto comes around 160 on fight night.
ALL WWs nowadays come around 160+ on fight night,Mosley,Collazo,Berto, hell eevn little Stevie Forbes was 158 with Forbes. Is he a big WW?
