Its great stuff. Realy gives you an edge. Unhealthy though. And it leaves you drained once you stop using it.

There have been numerous clinical studies done on creatine, most have shown an improvement in relation to anaerobic exercise though some haven't. It won't worsen your endurance but studies have shown no improvement in performance for endurance atheletes so it's pointless taking creatine before any long cardio training sessions.

Creatine monohydrate will result in water retention so not a good idea to cycle creatine when you are trying to make weight but creatine ethyl-ester doesn't make you retain water, according to the marketing anyway.

I have personally tried creatine in the past and do notice a difference but it's effects vary depending on the person.

i usd creatine when i was a fighter and i noticed an improvement in my strength and endurance.I still had to train and eat properly of course, but i was trying to gain a few pounds and i did once i started using the stuff. I read a lot about some of the kidney damage that was said to be a problem associated with the use of such products.....so i backed off on the amount and frequency that i used the product.Ive not experienced any problems as a result of using creatine. You will build muscle and retain some fluids so moving up a division might be something to take into account.

It makes you keep in a lot of water, which makes it a pain in the ass to make weight lol. BUT it does give you faster results in the gym and on the track... but then again you don't have to weight in there :p

Does anyone notice that the effects are only short lived? I only feel the benifits for about a week then it seems my body goes 'stale' on the stuff.

I think it's because you're body was taking in something new, and since you've gotten used to it, you don't quite feel a difference anymore. Also try changing up your workout
