precisely, and i can't understand why some posters can't understand that basic premise.

first round bet pac jmm 1 and Pac Jmm 2. jmm, was countering and very cautios in the first round in the 2nd fight. unlike the first fight.

whether its KD or KO, its the same, it willa affect a fighter in a rematch. is that not clear to see?

    Talking about sharp huh?

well i looked some definition for you:
A knockdown occurs when a fighter touches the floor of the ring with any part of his body other than his feet following a hit

my mexican idol, rematched pac within a year after winning the first fight. jmm, fought pac 4 years after the first fight, that is not a very compelling argument for me really.

for me, it took 4 years for jmm-pac 2 to happen, one for jmm to shake off the traume of being sent to the canvas 3 times. in fights where 3 KD rule is in effect, it would have been over my friend.

two, it needs time for the memory to wear off from fans to see how jmm was battered thrice but got back up and gave pac the fight of his life.

I don't think that they were affected so much what I would think is they are trying to adjust, what they did wrong in the first fight; that's what great smart fighters do.

dude, watched pac vs. carnicero lucero. he was KO even on his feet, you know why, after getting hit, he turned around, sleptwalked to the ropes and hung there till the ref waived it off. your definition is applicable only in fights where they don't cling to the ring senseless.

have you not seen fights like these?

how old are you btw? you seem like 12 years old to me.

Marquez has become much more aggressive in his last few fights.

So it can still change a fighter style when he get's KD by his opponent.

:good nice pic, i like the girl in the blue. but no, of all fighters especially jmm is definitely not afraid of pac, even with the ko of hatton. jmm mentally knows he can take pacs best shots, but the little mexican keeps getting up and probably more than anyone knows how to beat pacman. if it was the other way around with jmm dropping pac so many times, but getting his ears boxed off for the rest of the fight it's the same damn thing. the fights could of gone either ways, so their really isn't going to be a clear answer if pac was really a better fighter than jmm until they fight that 3rd time. i also don't think hatton has anywhere close to jmm's mentality or technical skills to survive a storm like manny. all of floyds wins have been vs. sluggers with telegraphed powerpunches, so i like jmm's chances, but floyd will be a tough fight for anyone

i hope so too. a counterpuncher vs. a counterpuncher is not really an exciting proposition for me.

i just can't see one of them going out of their shell and becoming a brawler or aggressor all throughout. although it would be funny to see pbf backtracking and counterpunching being the bigger fighter.

Yep, and I'm quite certain he'll be aggressive early against Floyd and apply a lot of pressure. What happens after 5 or 6 rounds is the question.

they fought at 126 and 130, when pac was draining himself and looked like skeletor just to make weight. i don't know if jmm can stand up again if caught with the same punch which sent diaz and hatton to the canvas.

for all doubters and haters of diaz and hatton, despite their limited skills, those were tough mofos' who were champions in their weights. i was honestly scared for hatton man, just looked how he looked moments after the KO. he was out cold even before he hit the canvas. sure, jmm is durable but got KD by Pac, by barrera and took a lot from diaz.

he is not invincible, my idol EM was never stopped until he met pac. jmm is 37 and slowly advancing in years. i think he is ripe for the picking by pbf to be honest.

i see pbf winning by TKO by the 9th.

its all about economics man if you understand it. if this was an exciting fight, pbf/jmm would get a bigger purse than pac/hatton and would surely get higer ppv's than pac/hatton.

want to make a bet on the official ppv results? if it is lower than pac/hatton, you will not go to the gen forum for a week. if it is higher than pac/hatton, i will not be in the gen for a week.

    what do you say jeff?

I don't expect it to be higher, but it will still do well enough.
