There is no double standard here. Floyd as a welter always faces the smaller guys. He refuses to fight the top welters. Floyd has been a wleter for some time now. Pac continues to move up in weight in very little time and he's fighting guys heavier and bigger than him. Who ever Pac faces now will be bigger than him. That can't be said for Floyd.

Who gives a **** if he calls himself the greatest ever. A lot of people do that. Doesn't mean he should be subjected to a double standard because you don't like the guy...you're full of **** and won't give credit where it's due. No matter who he beats or fights. If he beats Pac you'll say Pac was too small...****ing pathetic.
weight is irrelevant when talking about who is larger in this situation. In this situation, "Larger" and "size" refer to frame size, not weight. you're supposedly a boxing fan, thought you would have figured this out by now

The middle one is no sort of double standard at all. And neither is the last one for that matter. And what's in bold kinda implicates you as being extremely biased.... Answer these simple questions: 1) Is Hatton a welterweight or not? I don't want to hear any of the fight-night weight bull****. Is he or not? 2) Same question for PBF 3) Same for Pac.
I have figured it out and PBF isn't a big guy like you and others try and make him out to be. He's a small WW at best. Not only that it's not like he uses his size or strength to his advantage like Margo or others do to win. His boxing game isn't based around that like Hatton that's why he can move up in weight and still have success.
Actually, most fighters don't do that. Most people also expect that if you say something, you also make an effort to prove it. Now this is where you will say Floyd fought the fights that made sense, or fought who was available, all of which will be debatable but more or less true. The bottom line though is that Floyd had the chance to prove that he was the best welterweight of this generation, chose to retire at a time when the division was full of worthy fights, and unretired when naturally smaller stars chose to move up. These are good, interesting fights in their own right, but they are fights where he holds clear physical advantages. The "double standard" isn't forced on Floyd. He has created it, partly by being so obviously talented, and partly by his career decisions.
cotto then goes on to fight mosley and margarito. zab was always known as a stepping stone to bigger fights. where as zab is mayweathers best win at 147. PBF beat hatton at a wieght he looked bad at. manny beat him at a wieght where he has never lost and looked great at. PBF got a split decision over oscar. manny beat him to a pulp while moving up 2 wieght devisions while only having one fight at light wieght. i know this isn't the full story but it they are solid points.
