    Goosen on The Punisher's future options;

    "With Paul its always interesting sifting through the various possibilities. Number one was Bernard Hopkins, but Ibelieve he's retired. Shane Mosely seems to be without a fight and you know Paul would love to get his 147 pound championship belt back. I know Shane has at least been honorable saying that fighting Pul would be crazy for him to do,but on the other hand, the timing might be good for Shane to reconsider. Sergiy Dzinziruk has said he would put his half of the belt up against Paul's half and we've had some discussions with his promoter. Just know one thing, he will fight anyone and we'll add at virtually any weight, which is quite amazing."

    It looks like the Sugar Boy and Dzinziruk have been targeted for punishment. Let's see if either decide to step their asses up to the plate. Dzinziruk doesn't have any scheduled opponents with Kirkland sitting up in the clink. The same goes for the Sugar Boy.

    Well Shane has said he wants none of it. Looks like it could be Dzindziruk then. I just want to see Paul in the ring again.

    Williams should clear up 154lbs & wait for the WW's to sort themself out.
    They will need him soon enough. (As will the MW's)

    Paul has a good thing going right now.

    He should... winning that fight would prove a lot...we can actually see how good Paul Williams can stalk a man that's moving all night.

    I'm not going to call any names but someone on this board is constantly saying that Paul Williams is ducking Shane Mosley.:huh I wonder how do you explain this when he's been calling for Shane's head every since the Winky fight!:think Hmmmmm!

    I say it's going to be "The Razor".
    Dzinziruk's promoter/management wants him to make money in the US b/c of their TV deal with German TV expiring with no further contract in prospect. So the US is the only chance to make money - b/c of that I think that team Dzinziruk won't demand that much to not make the fight happen...

    I think Paul should settle down at 154, and make it Paul's house. His win over Winky at 160 was a very good win, but I don't think he's ready for Pavlik, and there is also this Arum/Goosen pissin' match to consider. I also think PW would end up harming himself by draining to 147. 154 seems perfect for him right now.

    While it might be better for him long term to settle down in a division, probably 154 for now, I think we all have to admit it is his constant leaping around that makes him so damn appealing. If he were to go back to 147, fight Shane, and beat him, PTP would have to rise to #3-4 in the P4P lists.
