McCall's not an easy fight for anyone, let alone John Hopoate. McCall's got mroe power, better technique, a better chin and experience in the championship rounds against great heavyweights. Credit to Hoppa for stepping it up, but I'll be surprised if this one makes it half way. The only things on Hoppa's side are youth and maybe strength.

Strength... nahh , you have to be kidding.. OLiver is one of the strongest physical heavyweights i ever met.. I am covering this fight from ringside and Oliver is highly expected to be victorious inside of 5 rounds..

I am glad Hopoate is wering something substancial on his hands (gloves) keeps his fingers to himself.. LOL

i agree, oliver ALWAYS comes into the ring in top shape, very imposing character, as long as he doesnt get an injury i cant see him losing, even at his age he has every advantage - and his chin is not of this earth

good on hoppa for taking this opportunity, wish Sol would do the same

what does this do for hoppa exactly though??
its great to see.. but realistically, where does it place him after a loss within 3 or 4 rounds?

its nice to see a MaCall bought and paid off journalist covering the fight and talking sensably about the expected outcome.....big gloves takes care of hoppa from getting distracted with other things perhaps, but i hope Oliver has a big box of tissues for when he bursts into tears if and when things go wrong like what happened in the return match with lewis that time remember? lol

when you pick on hoppa you better remember you going to get it back about your boy MaCall.

One thing your post suggests is that the title they are fighting for is a joke if Hoppa is seen as being such a joke by the other team who hand picked him for the fight.I truely hope hoppa can land some bombs to see how the chin is holding up for the ageing maCall.:hand:fight:fight:fight:blabla:blabla:blabla:crybby:crybby

Hoppa is going to zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz in this one. The automic bull will give him the horn he requires. I for one am not a fan of the wanker.

Hoppa should be well and truly the outsider. Saying anything else is just silly.

But something has got to give with Mcall, I think he has looked progressively worse over the last few years and I didnt think he could any slower but he may well be. He has been out for ages Im pretty sure..he has a pretty basic style coupled with a crazy chin which has allowed him to be a top fighter for so long...maybe this is the night everything catches up. Would be great to see.
