    He should just retire.
When he beat Tszyu, Kostya was at the top of the tree at 140lbs. He retired after knowing there was no point continuing fighting with this new young fighter at the top.

4 years on, Hatton is in the same position he put Kostya in 4 years earlier.
Pacquiao is now top of the tree.
Can't see Hatton getting another shot at Manny let alone beating him.
    So retire.

I think Hatton will continue on with his delusional quest to be Pound For Pound #1.

**after losing to Floyd, if Ricky could fight 2 fights and be going for a shot at the Pound For Pound king

what stops a 3rd attempt at it?

    After Floyd Beats JMM

A Ricky/JMM Tear Up would be Good but i don't think they'd risk it ???
I Think hatton has lost his confidence in his chin
    he was terrible against lazcano

He will prob fight Katsidis in manchester for a farewell fight ???

I'd say he wins Vs. Campbell, Holt, Torres
But he should avoid Bradley & Ortiz (Too Young & Hungry)

Khan or Witter would be a good bounce back.
(If he can't win Vs. either maybe it's time)

Witter would KO Hatton no problem and he would also have KO`d him at any time in the last 5 years.

do you think it's really his punch resistance, as much as his hittability as a fighter?

cuz leading up to the PBF match up a big reason I was favoring Floyd was the accuracy of Mayweather ... Collazo (who isn't known as a power puncher by any means) was able to bust Ricky's face up.

and even vs Pacquiao yes it was big punches by Manny that put Hatton down, but Ricky makes himself so darn easy to hit

hell even Lazcano looked 2 or 3 solid power shots away from potentially finishing Ricky.

so sure in a 47 fight span Hatton's punch resistance isn't the same

but is it as much to do with that as the fact that Hatton makes himself very easy to hit?
