Nice staredown today at the offical press conference. Miranda spoke first and when he was done he took off his sunglasses and walked over to Ward. Ward stood up and they got in each other's face and needed to be seperated. At the end of the pc, the promoter got them to 'calmly' have a staredown for the media. It was very very intense and neither guy wanted to be the first to look away when they told them to turn and face front. Finally Miranda wears a suit to a press conference. He usually looks like a scrub. I remember when Taylor told him he didnt know how to dress like a champ.
haha... yea, you remember that! And then you see Taylor start showing up to press confernces NOT in a suit. Maybe this is a sign. JT on his way down and Pantera, sporting the suit of a champion, on his way to the top.
I would love to see Miranda get another shot at a title ! I'm pessimistic on a win but still hoping for a big performance !
I'm going with Ward I believe he will box very well against Miranda . I'm just not a fan of that wild style of Edison's .
Sounds like Edison may be drawing him into a war. I know nothing of Ward though. Since this is ESB I guess that is no reason to refrain from expressing an opinion on the outcome of the fight however.
ward isthe goods . and he has more power then people think. he came up at Kings gym. and he's quick. his chin isn't the best so it could be rocky the first 3 rounds or he might just come out and put him down. now im not comparing the town to Branquilla but it's rough to and Ward aint no *****. dam i like both fighter and hate to see either lose but i got to roll with the man from the Bay
Yea, I see where you are coming from with Ward's style. I love nothing better than to put on an Andre Ward fight some nights when I am having trouble falling asleep. It works every time! Better than counting sheep!!!
