I picked Jeff Lacy to beat Joe Calzaghe, missed the mark a bit on that one.

All time biggest sports prediction blunder. I actually told a buddy that Ryan Leaf would be a much better Pro QB than Peyton Manning. Whoops!

And although this is not mine, I personally like this in retrospect. A poster here made a bold prediction that Emmanuel Lucero would KO Manny Pacquiao with a body shot. He was so sure of this and gave us all the articles that said Lucero was called the "carnicerio" due to his vicious digging body shots and that he killed a bull with one punch to the head.

The ******* almost had me thinking Lucero had a chance there! I promptly laughed as Lucero was ko'd in the third round.
