Why is it a risk when Pacquiao moves up to fight Oscar (who moved down to a weight he hadn't been at in twelve years) but it's not a risk when Mayweather moves up to fight Oscar at 154? (where Oscar was a legitimate beltholder and former unified champion)

Actually it's pretty smart if you think about of it, the guy got so much status/money/power, he can do whatever he wants, and he hasn't been beat yet too, the guy is just making money and playing it smart, hes fighting smart and the guy is good at what he does

That oscar at 154, would have been favored to beat margo and cotto if they ever challenged him, that undefeated hatton beat very skilled fighters like collazo at 147.
