Kessler fought hard, did his best, when he came up short he handled it with class, gave the other man his due and has gone off to set about rebuilding his career.

I think the Teampalle - Kessler dispute is all about Kessler not getting the big fights in US. Teampalle stats they still have a 3 fight clause. Kessler and his lawyers says Haussler was 1, Larsen (who Kessler accepted to fight) was 2, and now Kessler only awaits the mandatory fight against Perdomo to be schedule in June or Juli. After the fight or if the fight isn't on, Kessler will consider him self free from Teampalle.

Kessler will then fights for a new promoter, lawsuit or not. And of cause against the absolute best opponent. Kessler jumped into the first title fight with short notices, because Mads Larsen was injured. First title defence in Australia with a back injury. Then in his next fights he took on Rings # 1-5 at the time. Finally he traveled to Cardiff in front of 50.000, with a hand injury, bad sparring and a promoter who was run to hospital with a heart attack. British press keep on mention the hand injury, but Kessler denied. 2 weeks after the fight, Kessler had his hand fix at a hospital. In the post interview with HBO, Kessler cooled down his right hand with a bag filled with ice.

Days after the fight, Kessler admitted, he lack sparring before the fight. Asked why he didn't called of the fight, Kessler said, he was afraid the possibility to unify WBA, WBC, WBO and the Ring, and fighting Calzaghe would be lost for ever.

To say Kessler don't wants the big fights is simply not true. Froch just in a interview stated, that they were in talks with Kessler.s people in Germany? Is it Teampalle, or did Froch mentioned some new secret Kessler promoter, negotiations behind the back of Teampalle?
