What's the point? This whole thread is about an excuse for Pacquiao losing to Floyd.

hatton had a size advantage over pac, now floyd doesn't have? wtf?

i know that skills will be the key factor in this fight (that's why i'm picking floyd) but size will also have an effect. like what they say, "a great big man always beats a great little man".

i'll bookmark this page for this post.

They don't have to meet actually, if you ask me.
Pac is already greater than Floyd even if they don't fight.
We are talking about pound for pound here.

Since Floyd is afraid of fighting Cotto, Pac will fight him instead. As I've said Pac need not fight Floyd. It's not necessary for him to fight Floyd before he retires. Cotto is his last fight. He is the guy that Floyd has been ducking all these years.

even with the major size disadvantage, Pac will beat Mayweather. If they were the same size Pretty Boy would get sparked no doubt. Mayweather is a good fighter but so overrated around here. He is not on Pac's level. He NEEDS the size advantage to even have any chance of winning.

I'm glad Floyd has the size advantage. We will get to see a more competitive fight. However what I don't understand is the denial around here.

    Scatterbrain,

JEFF M can't comprehend this. His mind is limited. He thinks PAC and PBF has been fighting on the same weight category for the past 6 years!
He just base everything on pics not on the ACTUAL weight category these boxers have been fighter for yrs

I think you're out of your mind with these remarks. I believe you only see Mayweather as overrated because you vastly underrate him. Hopefully, these two will fight and we can find out for sure

size isn't all about weight, lets see a tale of the tape of their wrist size, chest, calves, biceps etc.

Realistically, probably points. I'll tell you the truth and say that I think he has a chance to win, simply cause you might be a *******, but not totally *******ed!

Weight-wise, they would be the same but they're built differently.

Floyd is bigger and stronger(probably) in the upper body.

Pac is bigger and stronger in the lower body which helps generate a lot of power the way he punches.

Realistically though, whatever size differences there are, they should not matter with two fighters this highly skilled.
