    i dont think he was when did he knock a top class opponent out. Watson is the only one i can think of.

    I like both guys, but do not believe McClellan would have been able to deal with Eubanks very well. Eubank would probably have respect for McClellans power (even though he would not say so publicly!), and chose not to slug with him (if he's as smart as I credit him for.). I would see Eubank outclassing Gerald and winning a 8-4 type decision.

    Its farcial to say Eubank couldn't bang. Just watch his fights, although after the 2nd Watson match he lost much of his killer instinct.

    Mcllenan may cause huge problems with his effective body punching but his defence was porous. Eubank narrow sd.

    I think Eubank could hit.

    When discussing KO's it's important to remember that he had a very cautios counter-punching style, he was not an aggressive swarmer.

    As to the fight, I pick Eubank to win a close disputed points decision. You could be better than Eubank and beat him. That's how good he was at controlling a fight.
