Look he was found guilty yes, but has a valid arguement here, its like this if you find a bloody knife, you dont pick it up look at it and hand it to all of your buddys before calling the police, you would be tampering with the evidence at that point, and the Killer could get off as a result.

There is no argument, the court doc shows that the inspectors saw the white substance prior to nazim even touching the pads.

in your mind there is no arguement all they have is, we saw this or that, but can they say, they ran lab test?
