Truth is Mayweather has been ducking legit competition for years and i dont think he want's to fight PAC at all,this fight will likely not get made Floyd will make sure of it, he will want a bigger purse and he will also want pac to move up to welterweight knowing him.
Pac has no chance of beating Cotto, I'd stake a large amount of money on that, whereas he has a chance against PBF (especially after the lay-off) and a better risk-reward ratio. Cotto is basically too big, compact and hits too hard for Pac. That's the reason, Roach doesn't want Pacquiao to fight Cotto because he knows he'd lose. Fair enough, but people should see through any other BS reason Roach tries to give.

I just always wondered, if PPL didnt duck Mayweather this guy would have 12 titles in 5 weight classes. Cotto would be Pac's best win. Certainly better than David Diaz, Oscar (given the circumstances) and Hatton at any rate. I said Mayweather would be a better reward for him, obviously, but saying that Cotto is not a prestigious fight for Pacquiao is a lie. As for Margarito, the guy's much bigger than Pac, he's not that slow handspeed-wise (just liable to be outboxed by a great boxer like Mosley), he has a great style to beat Cotto and he might've had loaded gloves in that fight. But Cotto wouldnt be his best win, I still think MAB in 2003 or any Morales wins go past beating Cotto, but if he were to beat Cotto it would be a huge win for Pac though, I just dont see the fight happening when Cotto-Mosley II would be huge and Pacquiao-Mayweather would be the biggest fight in a long time
Pac should fight PBF. Mosley should wait for Cotto (if he beats Clottey). He can beat him. I'm not saying he would, but it's possible from I saw in the first fight. Avenging that loss would look great on his resume.
Mosley should just fight the winner of Cotto-Clottey so we can finally get a lineal champ in a top 3 division
