The Ring should force the 1 and 2 (or 3) to fight every year.

I wouldn’t bother Taylex, these freaks are coco.

I forget Vitali Klitschko is “the linear heavyweight champion”.

    1 vs. 2 right?

The Ring prides itself on having lineal titles whereever possible. If they start stripping champions every 12-18 months for not taking fights (which the Ring has no financial way of enforcing) then they'll completely lose the lineal "man who beat the man" aspect of their belt.

The "Ring" arent a sanctioning body. They cant enforce ****. All they can do is declare the title vacant if the Number 1 doesnt face the number 2 or 3. They should have done this years ago. You had fighters like Ricky Hatton living off it for 4 years.

So if they can't enforce a mandatory, they'll just be stripping fighters left, rigth and centre and lose all credibility. The cornerstone of the system they use at the moment is that the titles are kept lineal where ever possible, which is how its been done thought boxing history. As soon as they lose that aspect then they are back in the pack with the Alphabet Boys.

Come on, either answer my points or don't but that posts just a waste of time. You don't have to post something/ anything for the sake of argument if you know I'm right.

I know man. Calzaghe fans are the worst. They wont accept the fact that he is not a two weight world champ.

Is not a bad idea. But, what authority does The Ring has??? I have never hear a fighter saying he wants to become The Ring champion.

Then the featherweight should move up in weight even if #1 was a Heavyweight otherwise he's stripped, banned and labeled a cherry picker.

This doesn't count if #2 is from Tijuana.

    You must be joking,mate!

Who gives a damn for that totally biased american based box mag which has no clue about boxing outside its limited american world?

How the hell should the ring be able to force any fighter to follow its orders?
Pah! Most fighters outside the usa have never heard of The Ring anyway!

They should make themselves able to force.

Clearly they can't do it now.

Well they can but no one would care too much.

I,too, would like to watch the best fight each other, but money is the name of this game.

Most of the best fighters even dont turn pro because they live in countries where pro boxing cant be sold to the public and where no big money can be generated in the paid ranks.
Very sad,but thats the way it is!:verysad
