Solely in terms of names, yes But how many of those guys were even close to peak? Not so impressive now is it? Jermain Taylor and Hopkins both have resumes that take a massive **** on the pacmans
Greatest resume? Please lol. Had those guys been in their prime that PAc beat, I wouldn't even question PAc's comp. Pac isn't the only fighter who doesn't have his share of critics. Everyone mentions Barrera's and Morales age when Pac fought them, yet they both started at 15 and fighting tough comp, and were like how old when PAc fought them? Do you actually think Barrera was at his best against Pac? ****e out of here lol...
a world champ at 19 from flyweight to lightwelterweight winning 4 lineal titles and 4 world titles. beating legends along the way. you are an ignorant poster.
At least you used to be subtle, used to at least pretend to be objective. I'm not even going to bother dismantling this shocking thread because I don't need to anymore, your recent threads have lost you any credibility you ever had with good posters - you can trust me on that one. You ranked Pacquiao around 120th in your catastrophically bad top 400, around SEVENTY places behind Joe Calzaghe. You're a joke figure.
Barrera wasn't shot the first time he met Pacquiao nor was he close to it, what he did AFTER that fight proved a lot of people wrong. Barrera going in as a big favorite should be enough proof despite Pacquiao not being popular enough.
Barrera was past his best, and the way he fought Pac back showed it. Barrera beat Morales after he lost to Pac...hell, imo Barrera won all 3 fights against Morales. I haven't forgotten how Barrera used to fight. I never liked Barrera, but I respected him.
I'm a fan of all three fighters you mentioned but let's be objective and take a look. Pacquiao Morales X3 Marquez X2 Barrera X2 Hatton DLH Larios N.Hussein Ledwaba Diaz Hopkins Taylor x2 Trinidad DLH Tarver Pavlik Johnson Wright Eastman Joppy Jones Jr. Taylor Hopkins x2 Pavlik x2 Spinks Ouma Marquez Froch Wright Joppy Hardly "shitting" all over Pacquiao's resume and not even close to it.
The way he fought back had a lot more to do with Pacquiao's ability and speed rather than Barrera being shot, even Barrera admitted that especially when Pac is also a southpaw. Barrera fought his usual fight but was just outworked, a guy who's past his best won't go in like he did against Morales in the 3rd fight when he was a huge underdog based on claims about him being out of it after the Pac fight. Barrera went all the way to winning a title, nearly beating Marquez and even getting a rematch with Pac.
Add Jones to Hopkins resume. You have Morales down 3 times for PAc, so Jones should be under Hop's comp.
how many wars was pac in when he was young. barrera was not shot because after the first fight with pac he went on another great run and beat morales again.
Are you serious? Barrera was not even into the fight, and before the fight he admitted he was looking at a younger version of himself. Barrera beat Morales 3 times in my book, and Barrera didn't nearly beat Marquez, he lost a unanimous decision. I'll give you this, Barrera fought PAc much tougher in the rematch than their first fight, and Barrera has been past it since they first faced each other.
Not actually, it can. And he did it well with the examples he gave. Nice ugly monster in your avatar.
