PW starches Cotto in under 6.

 

No one beats PW at 147, and probably not at 154. 160 is a whole other ballgame though. Once his height and reach advantage aren't as much of a factor, and once his opponents have even more power than he does (Abraham, Pavlik), he'll be toast. His defense simply isn't good enough to avoid getting caught with a big shot or shots .

 

Here we go again. It is a matter of record PW turned down $1.25 to fight Pavlik already. And don't try and dredge up Goosen's cooked up, after the fact, excuse. It doesn't fly. I'm sure PW doesn't have enough punch power to deter Pavlik and Kelly's work rate is just as high so PW doesn't have anything I'd see as much of an advantage over Kelly. Rewatch the Winky fight. A lot of PW's flurries were 'arm punches'. No leverage, no turning of the body, just stand and throw. Kelly has been known to put up the same number of punches but does so 'with intent'. PW scores points.

Good points. I think Paul would definitely lose to Pavlik. But i think Williams can beat Abraham.
