    Floyd Mayweather Jr:

WBC & Ring champ @ 130 (would of been WBO had Corrales not vacated)
    WBC & Ring Champ @ 135
    WBC @ 140
WBC, IBF, IBO, Ring @ 147
    WBC @ 154

That equals to 10 titles, linear in 3. The reason Floyd always says he is a 6 time champion is because he only counts "official" belts (wbc, wba, ibf).

It wouldve been 4 linear championships if he wouldve fought Hatton at 140 ...

yeah. but floyd fought him @147 instead where he had the advantage, unlike pac who fought hatton at his natural weight class of 140.

    Wrong.

Hatton "needed more U.S. exposure" when Mayweather challenged him at 140. Hatton turned the fight down, not Floyd.

It wasn't about an advantage ... it wouldn't have mattered if they had fought an any weight class ... he got outclassed and knocked out ... Hatton wasn't as skilled as mayweather

Floyd got turned down by Cotto and Hatton at 140 ... he called them out around the time he fought Gatti.

Vivian Harris turned down a six figure payday fight with Mayweather only to fight Maussa and get knocked out.
