Sexton was outboxing him. Yeah, he nicked a few rounds here and there but he had the greater handspeed and was picking a clumsy Rogan off.

Sexton hurt Rogan and had he kept his foot on the gas he may have finished the job. :yep

So you are putting Sextons "win" down to him outboxing Rogan? Come on, you cannot deny the fact that the ref was just not going to allow Rogan to win that fight. Rogan took the best of what Sexton could dish out and still came on strong. When Rogan put pressure on Sexton, he just couldn't handle it and employed his dirty trick of spitting out his gumshield to buy time.
Sexton should have been stopped in that 8th round, the fact that Sexton may had nicked a few rounds before this does not change that fact.
If there is a rematch Rogan will take Sexton's head off!

I said he was winning the fight before the 8th round and at times he picked Rogan off quite nicely.

Search my posts and not once have I actually commented on Sexton's tactics. I have actually stated that Rogan has a right to feel hard done by and Parris had an off night.
