    1. Pacman
    2. JMM
    3. B-hop
    4. Sugar Shane
    5. Paul Williams
    6. Iron Boy Calderon
    7. Cotto
    8. Donaire
    9. Kelly Pavlik
    10. Israel Vasquez

I like this list, I think it is the most accurate lb for lb list out there. I would rank Israel at 9 though and put vic darchinyan in place of Pavlik at 10.
The new lb for lb lists reflect that boxing is not dying but is becoming more diversified. The list has 2 mexicans, 2 puerto ricans, 3 african Americans , 2 Filipinos, and 1 White American. If I had it my way it would have 1 armenian.

I dont really like Calderon being so high on list, I think that he is making list pretty much by default. Because he hasnt lost, but he hasnt really fought any other top fighter.

Vic dont belong on the list either, maybe more then Pavlik, I dont know its close, but I dont think that neither of those two should be on the list, and its time for Dawson to start being mentioned at the bottom of those lists.

Its as good a list as any.

I get so tired of people complaining of P4P lists. "This list is BULL****, lOOK at where fighter A is ranked! ****ing Idiots" etc etc etc

There is always going to be some group of people who think some fighter or another is ranked too high or too low or shouldnt be ranked at all

On that list I personally wouldnt rate Pavlik in the Top 10, and I would have Vic Darchinyan in his place.

Otherwise, its a good list, no complainsts

If Vasquez was active, yes. But his inactivity bumps him down. A win will bump him up the list again. I think Juanma Lopez eats him up at this stage in his career. Wars with Rafael I think took too much out of him.

i agree, Dawson is a huge talent and will crack the top 10 but he needs to make his fights more interesting and entertaining

but i also agree that calderon shouldn't be on that list just because he hasn't fought any decent fighters, and he has boring fights

Dawson needs to be impressive against better opposition. Hopkins will eat him alive if they meet.

I think he is better than Dawson. Dawson is overrated.

Yup. Why so many people are saying that Vic doesn't deserve to be on a p4p list is beyond me. If Manny Pacquiao doesn't beat DeLaHoya last year, Vic is clear fighter of the year and has fought top-notch opposition and unified the division to boot. Can't wait to see him and King Kong fight.

So many boxers have call themselves the most avoided fighter lately. But IMO a boxer with no KO POWER has been totally avoided during his (about to end) career. Calderon spent his best years trying to unify at 105lbs but none of the champions accepted. Now he is fighting at a weight were he is even smaller than his opponents (he was already the smallest at 105). Calderon is in that list because some of us REAL BOXING FANS appreciate the movement, the technique, the defense, the intelligence of Ivan Calderon. You can't ask anything else from this little guy.

By the way. P4P eligibility criteria doesn't exist. That's why there are so many different lists. They are not real P4P list. They are "My Favorite Boxers Lists".
