    Round 11 as Miranda is chasing Ward and trying to throw one big punch. Ward stalking with the right hand cocked and not doing ANYTHING. I can't believe Ward isn't laughing at how telegraphed the right hand is. It's like Miranda has no idea of the skulduggery of boxing. Steve Farhood (or is it Nick Charles who can tell) suggests that Miranda should send "a letter in the mail saying he's gonna use the right hand." Slower round. Ward seemed to take it off and Miranda didn't even do enough to take it.

    He's still on the underside of 20 fights. They took their time and now that he's ready, this is a good opponent. Not many fighters have this sort of challenge at 20 fights.

    Damn, people are suckin' Ward hardbody (n/h) off the strength of this. He ain't invincible and as another poster said above, "Dirrel smokes that ass."

    Dirrell would beat Ward imo. Dirrell is faster and has more power and Ward doesn't have the power to keep Dirrell off of him.

    It's one sided, certainly; however, there have been numerous displays of brilliance by Ward. Plus, the early action was quite good.

    it looks like mirandas training camp for this fight consisted of smoking weed and watching froch/taylor multiple times while baked. Too bad he was too stoned to realize hail mary punches down the strech aint the best plan........

    Definitely not exactly fair to say Ward "should" take Miranda out considering how huge Pav and AA punches. Plus, Miranda just looking to survive.

    Ward has had 18 fights god damn boxing fans are fickle.

    19th fight, he shuts out Miranda, and people still hate.

    Despite needing a KO, Miranda isn't throwing much. Right hand sneaks in and dazes Ward who grabs for a second. Ward takes the round over when he switches stances. Miranda is getting muscled around. Ref warns them that "it's the last round fellas let's go." Miranda continues to chase this round and throw wild haymaker right hands. Ward turns Miranda as the two trade for a second. One minute away, Ward has it in the bag he should stay inside and muscle Miranda. Ward is dancing as Miranda misses a big right hand. Both guys play more wrestling for the moment. Ward is dancing and looking fresh as a daisy. Miranda and Ward wrestle some more as the round ends. Crowd gets up to his feet to give their guy a well deserved standing O.
