The difference will be that neither man is afraid of the other and that in both cases for these parties, money does talk.

Yeah, fair enough "scared" is a fairly strong word to use. But I certainly think their was reluctance on both parts as to why that rematch never materialised. Same with many fighters over the years (Jones v Hopkins rematch is another one) but as regards to a Mayweather v Pacman bout, I sincerely doubt any reluctance from either fighter. I believe Mayweather sees Marquez and Pacman as easy pickings. I think Pacman is just a hard ******* that wants to prove himself time and again.
