...who doesn't think he can knock Waldo out with 1 shot?

I think that if Haye beats Waldo it will be by TKO after kocking him around the ring (and down etc) but not by landing a big right hand and actually ko'ing him.

    Anyone else think this?

I don't think he'll KO him in one shot but one shot will be enough to get Wladimir in his panic mode and Haye is a devastating finisher

Yep I'd go along with this.

    I agree.

Haye IS powerful enough to KO Wlad with one shot but that is a VERY unlikely outcome. Its much more likely to be multiple shots if in fact Haye can get through.

Corrie Saunders stopped Wlad with loads of fast hurtful punches

However he was able to drop Wlad with just one straight left

I can see Haye landing one big overhand right to lay Wlad out but I agree with Djoc here. He'll land one big shot to stun/hurt Wlad and then finish him off with a barrage of punches.

I think Haye can land one big punch to knockdown Wlad. Then Wlad will get up, but be on ***** street and Haye will go to town, resulting in multiple knockdowns and finally the TKO.

Of course it could easily end up the other way around.

    But we'll forget about that.:good

I agree with you although Im not sure if he stopped him it would neccessarily be a TKO, he might get him with a few clean big shots and ko him but I dont think he'll be doing it with one.

Sorry to hijack the thread but another question

Does anybody at all think Haye can fulfill his contract beat wlad, win the rematch, and then beat vitali?

I just cant see it in a million years.

I reckon Haye will beat Vlad twice no problem but Vitali is a better fighter than his brother and will be a different challenge altogether but the momentum and confidence will be with Haye by then.

Vitali is getting older and slower. His reflexes aren't what they were and Haye's speed could cause him a lot of problems. I actually think Wlad could be a harder fight for Haye than Vitali.

I don't think he will have to beat Wlad twice. When (if) Haye KOs Wlad (lets be honest that's the only real chance he has), Wlad won't want anything to do with him and will get big brother to beat up the guy who knocked him out again.

Vitali is a whole different beast, but I don't think he is unbeatable. Vitali is very slow and holds his hands down and should he look old, I think Haye could box him to a UD. But that's a long shot as Vitali would only need to land a big shot to then be able to pounce on Haye. Plus it's not a given that Haye could stay alert and keep up the gameplan for 12 rounds as his stamina is not really a strong point of his.
