Well, this is crucial. If the decade ends in 2010, there could be a lot more joining the mix.

Pac is a sho in IMO win or loss against Mayweather or Mosley should the fight happens before the decade ends this year. He's done and face enoughs competitions to merit the award.

 

If PAc doesn't fight Floyd, and gets voted fighter of the decade, I'll stop watching boxing and vote Arum as the best manager/promoter whatever he is to PAc as fighter of the decade. He will have done a great job of keeping Pac from fighting boxers of color in his prime.

If Mayweather kicks the **** out of Pac then its gonna look real stupid saying Pac was the best fighter of the decade when that clearly wouldnt be the case.... its not about which guy you like better, its about settling it in the ring.

 

Both are great figters but the difference lies on the type of opponent

Agreed Manny is the best of the decade, no one can accuse him of ducking anyone at any weight. In a talent rich era he triumph took on the best and came out victorious.
