Where does Sam go from here. This is a guy a lot of thought was going to destroy both Klitschko brothers and rule the Heavyweight division. What next? I would reccomend a new trainer.

he is essentially a gatekeeper now. He was never good to begin with. He benefited from easy match making by Duva early in his career. Up until the Wlad fight he had not fought anyone worth a crap. The majority of his KO's came against Glass Jawed fighters that were handpicked to make him look good.

The version of Wlad he fought had no confidence and was mentally fragile yet Peter still could not beat him. After that fight I knew Peter was crap.

His best win is Oleg Maskaev if that tells you anything.

Fight Arreola as an experiment to see how much weight a ring can hold up

Lose weight, get rid of Stacy McKinley and Pops Anderson, and rethink and reasses your dedication.
    The rest will come.
    But I doubt it.

    What, are you crazy?

Sam could do it all, box, punch, take a punch. He was arguably the most talented Heavyweight fighter walking the planet.

What are you talking about? Sam is basically a poor man's Tua (who again is a poor man's Tyson).

The thing is...the hw division is very poor right now. So yeah, he can regain a championship belt a few times if he loses some weight.

Look, Sam showed flashes of greatness. If you couldn't see that I don't know what to tell you. Why do you think Peter was hyped so much- because he showed some really impressive power and skillls.

Box? He boxed OK in one fight on his career, the rematch against Toney, where he had a rare advantage in height. Given that he usually has to fight taller fighters, his skills are nowhere near sufficient.

Punch? At the elite level, he has one lonely KO against Maskaev, who was KO'd several times before. His KO percentage is that of an average puncher.

Take a punch? OK, he can take a straight punch very well. Hooks knocked him down against McCline, put him on ***** street against Wlad, forced him to quit against Vitali. Nobody is going to try to knock him out with straights anymore, so his chin in that departement is not that useful anymore.
