maybe I was coming across too intense by saying take myself too serious

but I cant degrade myself as a grown man by going out on the town in a gaint nappy with a big dummy in my mouth

i dont see the humour in it :-(

What kind of energy do Ray and Ricky Hatton emit, Flint?

Is that how they dress for a night out in Swansea?

No wonder all the girls push infront of you when you are dressed like that - you look like a wimp

Like Father like Son - both Hattons (and Matthew) have a ruthless energy about them

just show them the money (**** Billy Graham)

Maybe not a baby with a dummy in his mouth

But he has got the same kind of Chav humour as this photo shows

Hatton filled a void left by Benn, Eubank, Bruno, Naz etc....

Calzaghe while more talented than Ricky in the ring seems to have had a personality bypass thus making him rather unimportant to the general public (similar to Lennox Lewis).

Hatton was charismatic and built up well by Warren and then finally delivered the goods when it really mattered against Tszyu. Of course the Man City/Blue Moon football following is also a big part of his popularity. He was the right guy at the right time to take the mantle of britains favourite fighter and he would of undoubtedly become even more popular alot quicker had he had the exposure of terrestrial tv which others before him had.

Some people in this thread do sound seriously bitter and twisted at Hattons popularity sad really hes done wonders for British boxing the past 5 years.

    Its not that its wrong

Its just I'm surprised so many people out there relate to Hatton

I just can't - but it seems I am in the minority

    but I said this before

just because you are popular dont mean your not a "****"

some of the most popular boys in my school were "****s"

or some of the most popular girls were "stuck up bitches"

Like the ones that so cruely denied you a taxi after your chav night on the town in Swansea?
