    Advisor, plus he's also always around when Floyd trains, and in his corner during fights. Ellerbe is Floyd's BFF. He's like a personal assistant more or less.

    Floyd probably just likes the attention from Klingons, Ellerbe is probably just there to tell him what he wants to hear. He does appear to register high on the ***gotry scale though, and appears totally redundant and unnecessary.

    Floyd should boot his ass out and save that extra scrilla.

    In the corner after Round 2 in the Hatton fight you can see Ellerbe gazing adoringly at Floyd then stroking his arm, then his cheek. Like MexicanJew said how on earth can anyone doubt that Ellerbe is a ****-stabber?
