Lacy vs Jones Jr

Both could make better fights against almost anyone else in the top 10 at SMW.

It makes little sense because the winner will still be in no-mans land. If they had fought anyone of the top 10 they would have gotten somewhere if they had won and if the other guy had won it would also be interesting, but with Lacy and Roy fighting... well, no matter the result it is quite uninteresting because noone will know what it means.

 

Interesting. Jones can beat Lacy, but............I am not interested in that fight. Hopkins Vs. Jones. Toney Vs. Jones are the ones I want to see, also Michalczewski, if he ever fights again.

I saw that earlier today...Jones reduced to a boxing sidenote...Who would have thought that 10 years ago.

Anyway - plenty of fighters would make for far more interesting fights.

Lacy could fight Miranda (would be a good fight!) or Andrade (wauw... although I think Lacy would suffer, but on the other hand Andrade is not fast (which is Lacy's achilles heel) so who knows.. or even Froch would probably be somewhat willing to make the fight.

RJJ vs Lacy is pretty boring.

Yeah he could fight them, but what would be the point??? Jones would most likely lose to them all except Bute the rest are too active in the ring. Jones' only hope would be to land a sunday punch.

 

Jones isnt fighting for money. If you knew anything about Jones you would know that he isnt one of the guys that buys stupid **** or blows his money. He is a family guy, and a farm boy.

 

So we should be sad for him in a Holyfield type of deluded way instead?

 

Maybe, but I think he would have a chance.

I don't think Lacy has much of a chance at all against RJJ in this fight.
