Bull****.This Bunce dude wsa shitting himself and cowtowing to Hopkins.He talks a big story how he was the middle man protecting 30 others from Hopkins.This of course,he claims when Hopkins isn't around.What a wanker,as you Brits would say.He is an attention *****,like most other commentators who aspouse their virtues without a shred of fact from others.:tired

Anyone have the footage of when Bunce was in Ireland, I think for the Naz-Medina fight, and it showed him having a good arguement with a bunch of McCullough fans saying how Naz would beat Wayne, etc. It got a little heated if I remember correctly, and Buncey was definitely outnumbered (though still maintained the weight advantage)but still stood his ground. Hilarious viewing.

 

Buncey, you rank up there with some of B-Hop's greatest performances - Trinidad, Tarver, Pavlik and Bunce. :rofl

I finally got around to watching the Lindsay vs Appleby show last night!

Buncey, you had me in bloody stitches when you were on your rant :rofl I was laughing so much that my girlfriend woke up and had a go at me!

I'm not going to lie, you could easily check my previous posts, I've not always been Setanta's biggest fan but that show showed what they do best, domestic action. The fact that we had nearly 3 hours compared to 2 hours on SKY which contains 10-15 minutes on Ricky Hatton or the latest prizefighter says it all...

Also, and I don't mind admitting when I'm wrong, you and Andy are a great double act! I think it's quite obvious that he isn't the biggest boxing fan in the world but I don't think that really matters when you get such good banter... :good

i agree

while i dont agree with bunce on everything, i'd hate not to have him on...the boxing hour is great...and he's a fun to watch pundit....and i love how he interacts with us all...
but..here's a question for all the bunce knockers....who do you think could do a better job than bunce does....who would give us a boxing hour each week and make it better and more entertaining ?

Agreed. Bunce goes well above and beyond the call of duty for us - the boxing fans - in an attempt to get us what we want. Whilst not always successful, at least he gets off his arse and makes an effort, when really he has no obligation to, and in his own free time he reads and responds to our e-mails and posts here on these forums.
Whether I agree with him or not on specific views, I fully appreciate and respect Buncey for all the time and effort he puts in. :good

 

That was a rant worth making as well. I like the bit Bunce says about "sitting in crappy seats". In other words, Steve's served his apprenticeship while this little Daddy's boy just got handed a sweet job despite there being others more capable of doing it. Kellerman is an utter ignoramus and I would like to see a campaign of belligerence designed to hound that inept fool off the TV.

That isn't the point,you moron.The point is don't throw shots at a man when he isn't present to defend himself.Bunce clearly handled the situation in the best way he could but my beef is that he bragged about the exchange after B-Hop had long departed,claiming he "had the bruises to prove it" and that he had protected 30 other individuals who were standing outside the trailer.
I have nothing against Bunce,in fact I have only heard of him when surfing the Brit forum and he is no worse than the talking heads here in the US,but editing is a classic way of distorting the truth.From his response to me ,he seems like a decent guy who can take the heat.:good
