i think going down in weight is worse to your body
    than going up...

putting on weight is easier and wont hurt your body but will effect your outcome
losing weight is way harder & will hurt your body and will effect your outcome

It will be a great fight if floyd won't be running around. But you cannot also deny the fact that floyd has all the advantages right from the get go.

Jones just didnt want to travel to Europe because of what happened to him in the Olympics and some of the other robberies he observed. His competition was way beyond that of Floyd's.

Oscar was the favorite to KO pac coming in, while floyd even at 143 is favored to beat JMM. See the difference?

And yeah... at least oscar made an effort going down for the sake of money, floyd wont. :deal

What ever the case maybe, he did not fight the best fighters out there consistently. That is why he is in the same catergory as Floyd imo. I like Jones but..... even if the Collins,Liles etc of the world were afraid to fight Roy surely to god, he could of found better opponents to face than Brannon/Frazier ? you cant tell me he could not find better opposition than that.

They are the worst examples of P4P champs ever imo. For their reluctance to face the best fighters consistently.

I said DLH moving down to 147 to fight PAC....simply b/c I know Oscar thought it wasn't going to be a big challenge given he is at that point a natural 154 lbs fighter. Floyd is at this time a natrual WW. IT's close but I'll still go with DLH challenging PAC at 147 a worse act of Cherry picking if you really want to lable it that way.

Before the fight people didn't give it a second thought. People were predicting a clear win for ODLH. :patsch
