And what exactly has Sauerland done to make the fight happen. Arum has made the same simple request since 2007; build up Arthur's name and reputation in the USA. Sorry pal, but calling out DeLahoya after 20 minutes on Showtime wasn't enough.

Abraham holds a title that Taylor vacated, and Pavlik beat Taylor twice. AA has never even been in the ring with a legit middleweight champion. His best win was a KO over Miranda, but Kelly did it first. Pavlik is under no obligation to make career choices based on what Abraham wants. It's up to Sauerland and AA to make the fight happen. So far they've done **** all beyond running their mouths.

 

Everytime Miranda and Taylor lose (which these days is more often than not) Pavlik begins to look less than stellar. Perhaps Arum knew of his limitations all along but then that does not explain why he took the B-Hop match. Basically I think boxing or should that be American boxing as a wole needs a great white hype from time to time (we have plenty over in Europe thanks).

 

Miranda hasn't been the same since the Pavlik fight. Taylor was 14 seconds from beating Froch. Kelly left Taylor slumped in the corner asking if he had been knocked out. Taylor was standing center ring and asking for a rematch soon after the Froch fight.

 

Kelly isn't overrated...I think he's the best at MW and if he beats AA than he the best in his division..IF HE'S SO OVERRATED NAME 3 CURRENT MW'S THAT ARE BETTER THAN HIM???

 

easier said then done. The first 2 to 3 rounds, aa lets pavlik hammer away with not so much in return in the in the 4th or 5th round pavlik becomes cocky and confident tries for the ktfo. Arthur sees an opening and boom, a left handed counter stuns pavlik, who is now a litlle bit more reluctant, rounds 6th thur 8 is when arthur starts becoming confident himself, pavlik the warrior he is starts trading with aa, round 10 or 11 is when pavlik gets caught with a straight right followed by a left bomb. Good night pavlik. AA KTFO PAVLIK ROUND 10 or 11.

the only reason miranda and taylor lose so much now is that pav ko them. pav has retired alot of fighters and the ones that dont retire end up not the same. he hits hard and he hits you alot. the only guy that beat him outweighed him. how is any of this overrated? :vonnecunt

 

Arthur can't trade with Pavlik. The height and reach difference is so great that AA would simply get his ass handed to him quickly. He needs to try to set traps, and catch Pav with something he doesn't see coming. Going to war with Pavlik always proves to be a mistake, especially for short guys.

 

Miranda did not even come close to aa's head couple of body shots, low blow, trying to push or pull aa's high guard away from his head. Miranda looked so amateur in that fight I could not believe it.:good

 

just watched that fight again last night. pav averaged like 30 power punch connects a round. in round 3 he had like 45. thats why miranda aint the same. thats why aa ko him in 4. nobody beats pav @ 160

 

ANYONE who tries to "trade" with arthur is going to become a "mistake".
