seems to me. as much as i like tyson..vitali would give out a long slow but steady beat down..it might take 9-10 rounds but i think vitali would tko tyson

..sanders is 6'4" southpaw..very fast strait punches..tyson would have to eat alot of punches to land his own..would he be able to take it long enuff to find vitalis chin?

threads like these are why vitali klitschko is the most overrated fighter of all time. vitali iin his prime would get smoked by tyson, let alone the slow old robotic vitali currently fighting

Lennox Lewis would have still beaten a prime Tyson...Tyson IMO seemed to struggle with Boxer\Punchers that gave him movement.

..i hear what your saying..mike was a great fighter..but stly's make fights..vitali seems to win easy against guys you think might give him a test...even when he has lost..it was only bad luck..shoulder against byrd..and eye against lewis..give the man his due..he's one tuff sob.

if didnt know, tyson ahd a very good chin. and who has vitali faced with the handspeed and defense of a prime tyson. vitali size would give tyson a problem nevertheless but a pirme tyson has more then enough talent and skill to deal with v klitschko

If were talking about Prime vs Prime...I would edge Tyson due to his hand speed, defense and head movement.

Vitali would have his moments in the fight but I just see Tyson getting the better of the exchanges and beating Vitali to the punch all fight.

Vitali would be the toughest fight for Mike by far, but I still think Tyson would win a decision against a prime Vitali. All of the other heavies on today's scene Tyson would smoke.

I may be in a minority but I think a peak Tyson could have given Foreman a lot of trouble and decked him a couple of times. The Tyson that KO'd Larry Holmes inside 4 rounds could maybe have beaten Big George in my book.

The Tyson that punished Trevor Berbick in 1986 or destroyed Michael Spinks in 1988 would beat any heavy weight back to an mid- 70s Muhammad Ali.

Those who weren't old enough to remember the late 80's or who have selective memories, don't realize how GREAT "Kid Dynamite" was back then. He was the last great heavy weight champion as far as ability, promise, and popularity go.

If not for Robin Givens and the death of his trainer/father figure Cus Damato, he would've reigned supreme well into the late-90s.

He would destroy Vitali Klitoris. You have to realize the heavy weight champions today as well as the competition aren't **** compare to even 10 years ago.

Tyson would've destroyed a prime Larry Holmes, Ken Norton, Michael Moore, Lennox Lewis, Evander Holyfield, both Klitschko's, George Foreman (comeback version), and any of the bums out there today.

    LOL
Tyson would demolish everyone in the division, NO EXCEPTIONS.
**** Vitali, so he has chin and heart - so did Tony Tucker, and he lost something like 9 or 10 / 12 rounds.

Bryd was not bad luck. it was a case of a WBO heavyweight champion showing the most gutless thing we have ever seen in the ring throwing away his championship on the stool with 2 rounds to go ahead on all 3 cards vs a harmless featherfisted cruiserweright. Vitali No heart. Coincidently if you watch, vitali hurt his shoulder from bryd making him miss with a punch. Same way bryd did to holyfields shoulder. at least holyfield had the guts to finish the 12 rounder.

he was very good for sure..even..'great'..but vitali is a odd beast..so big..and strong..can take a punch..and can punch very hard..dont look good winning..but all he does is win..even if he losses..he still was winning ..,,against both byrd and lewis..what a great fight that would have been. 'sigh'
