A fight with Wlad won't likely happen. If Wlad wins against Haye, he has Povetkin as Mandatory, and after that he would have to fight the winner of chambers vs dimentreko as the other mandatory. Arreola's best bet would to make the fight between Vitali. It would be his biggest pay day and a shot at the world title.
wlad can go the distance at the same work rate. can chris? manny stewart isn't going to let his fairhaired boy slug with him, that puts the ownus on chris to walk wlad down. following the puncher just gets you hit more, and harder. best for fans if arreola gets a ko, but i think wlads skills win the day.
Arabs are basically middle-eastern Mexicans, we need to stand together. Until Amir Khan blows up to 200+ pounds Arreola's all we got. :good
No one, Frazier, Foreman, Tyson nor even the great Ali has a better chin than Vitali. Chuvalo had a great chin but he couldn't punch back. Vitali will go down in the record books as an outstanding fighter- but not a great one. Unbelievable.
Without starting a flame war about Lewis-Klitschko, Vitali took ****ing bombs in that fight that would have knocked out Clydesdale horses and stunned Rhinos, and was returning them in full. So Arreola, much as like the guy, Vitali is gonna knock his ass out. Vitali still hits like a damn mule and has a chin thats complete steel. There is not a HW in history that is stopping Vitali. Beat in points sure, but he isnt being stopped.
Very dark complexion Italian/Mexican. On a side note, I'm darker than most black people I know. :yep In all honesty I really don't care about ethnicity, it's just nice to actually see a crowd pleasing natural heavyweight fighter from Cali even be considered for a heavyweight title shot. People used to go all nuts over guys like Sam Peter, Tua, etc, that basically don't punch in combinations over two-punches. Arreola comes from crazy angles, feet wide, together, puts out 4-5 punch combinations going BACKWARDS, can fight in close, can fight from range, fair chin, etc. I'm not saying he's going to be the best or even win a title but it's gonna be one hell of a ride watching how his career plays out. I already have the feeling he's one of those "You knock me out or I knock you out" kind of fighters. He's going to bring drama to every fight he's in. I guarentee you he's going to catch a lot of unsuspecting opponents with those punches in bunches coming from angles they've never trained to defend against. I, for one, will continue to watch Arreola's career win, lose, or draw, because the guy's an exciting fighter. Please keep Emanuel Steward away from this man.
