Floyd is still the p4p number 1 - no one has beat him and manny would do well to stay well clear of him, as Floyd is the only guy out there that has the beating of him. In fairness, I think both Floyd and Pac would like to avoid each other for as long as possible to accumulate as much money by cherry-picking less risky opponents.

Floyd: It's not a while. I've been a champion for 10 years. When, when he was gonna get KO, it has been said, when he was getting Ko, I was dominating.

ESPN: Pacquaio was called the best p4p fighter when u walked away, I'm asking u what does it mean, Floyd stuttering soemthing,
ESPN: well, well, what does it mean to you that, Pacquaio, being p4p,
Floyd: pacquaio can be called that, pacquaio can be called that, u just call me the cash king. U know stats don't lie. It doesn't matter if he is the best p4p as long he is, I don't care, as long as the money is there. I don't fight for bragging rights. I fight for checks.

That doesnt mean he always has to say annoying **** relating to his Money. Naming himself "Money May" saying he is the PPV king, we fight for checks, and the list of other shallow **** he says is endless.:deal
