As long as the fans pay the $50, Floyd will fight anyone who is not a real threat to him.

When Ali came back...it was Quarry, Bonavena & Frazier....all threats to beat him.

Floyd should have fought Cotto or Mosley...but of course he won't.

Floyd would demand a catchweight of 142 and Cotto will not oblige.

    So we never see it.:bart

of course, they are the top fighters.

the only difference is, Pac doesnt cherrypick.

Well, to me, if PAC is asking Cotto to come down to 142 is almost a form of cherrypicking, but let's wait and see what happens. I think that if Cotto wins against Clottey and PAC, PBF won't have an excuse not to fight him and if he doesn't want to fight Cotto he will probably be force to retire. PBF should definately try to fight PAC, SSM and Cotto at some point before his last retirement.

No. We all know that Cotto is the bigger man. Catchweight is suppose to even the playing field.

Even the playing field? I would agree with you if they asked for the catch weight to be around 144lbs since that is somewhat the mid point between 140 and 147 but what PAC is asking for is for Miguel to come down dehidrated so he could take advantage like he did against ODLH.

Look. if cherrypicking is picking someone you know you can beat and you don't play the "risks" then, asking for a bigger guy to come down were you could take advantage (knowing that the bigger fighter might say no) then it is a form of cherrypicking. It's basically doing what PBF is doing against JMM at this point.

Why would Floyd demand a catch weight? Feel free to make stuff up.

Tell Bob Arum to make an offer but it won't happen cause Cotto is scared.

He would be murdered by floyd.

Mosley was called out in February and turned it down.

Cotto is scheduled to fight Clottey to redeem his self after the brutal KO against Margarito.

    Try Berto, Collazo or Cintron.

:patsch So telling a fighter to come down in weight isnt cherry picking in your book since you want to call Mayweather a chery picker (just only using you logic:good)
