Yes, that the interview validates my theory that Jeff M and Nallege are indeed Floyd's aliases here on esb.

This Kenny guy is a joke, he tries to get attention for his self rather than do a decent interview. He was cracking jokes about Floyd for fighting Judah then when Cotto fights him he does the best thing ever.

This Kenny guy was funny before but is a joke now.

:| Nothing but tears of hurt from a Floyd fan. You're just mad beacause someone actually has the balls to put Floyd in his place and call out his decision making and his obvious contradictions. Get over it man, these interviews are hilarious and endlessly entertaining. :yep

Exactly, don't understand how the ******ed author of the thread calls this ownage. If anything Mayweather answered back and seemed to shut him up more than usual.

Mayweather told him the truth, even if he fights Pacquiao and beats him then he beat a smaller fighter and bla bla. Mayweather isn't even scheduled to fight Pacquiao and people are starting excuses about how he's supposed to fight Mosley(who lost to Cotto) and Cotto(who got brutalized against a tomato can in Margarito).

Fact is there aren't enough names to mention so people would throw anything, only difference is that the desperation is very obvious now.

The irony of Floyd repeating "answer the question, yes or no" is about as thick as it gets.

He has his act; it drives the buys and pays him very well. But Kenny obviously wanted to be a combatitive dick from the start as well. At this point, though, BK should just start the interview with "why don't you just tell me I know nothing about boxing and make less money than you right now so we can get that part over with".

How did he "own" Mayweather exactly?, care to discuss?

He mentions that Marquez is a guy who LOST to Pacquiao and Mayweather is better off fighting Pacquiao instead in his first fight after two years off. Then he tries to discredit Mayweather's decision in fighting Marquez because Marquez is a smaller fighter, so Marquez is a smaller fighter but Pacquiao isn't?

Even if he called out Pac apes like Kenney and you would still find a way to discredit it, maybe Berto or Capatello?

Either enjoy what you are getting or **** off. It's hilarious that this is coming from Kenney too, a guy who scored for Marquez in the Pac rematch and then comes to tell Mayweather he should fight the WINNER of Pac/Marquez.

It's not an ownage at all but a self-ownage from Floyd. I hate those "Has he been beaten?" "How many times has he gotten knocked out?" And then this clown says he hasn't been beaten. Kenny should've said it's because Mayweather ducked the whole WW division.

See Floyd go all "I'd like to thank my advisors" when the subject of the DLH rematch comes up? :yep

Floyd doesn't want to **** off his sugar daddy by dissing him in the press, no sirree, he wants to keep him sweet so he can continue to make money with him :yep

Mosely and Hopkins aren't the only ones staying in DLH's good books, gnome sane?

And to all you Floyd Boyz who refuse to acknowledge that Floyd was struggling in there - why are you so determined on his behalf? It's obvious to anyone watching that interview that Floyd clumsily avoided every legit question Kenny asked him, and then started deflecting by bringing up Pac's record.

He was obviously uncomfortable and unhappy with the line of questioning. Questions that many people on here constantly ask - looks to me like Kenny was doing his job, rather than just kissing his arse, yet you guys are hostile because he made Floyd stutt-stutt-stutter

Why hasn't Floyd fought any other top welterweights?

So he fights JMM instead :nut

What do losses matter? If they matter, why is Floyd fighting JMM? :nut

Why hasn't Floyd fought any top welterweights other than Judah and (cough!) Baldomir?? :think

Wasn't Baldomir the #1 Welterweight when Floyd fought him?

Floyd can't argue on an intellectual level so he is always going to come off looking stupid against anyone who can put together an argument and actually raise questions with some validation.

    Typical Floyd interview:

"If your the best why aren't you fighting the best in your division? Shane Mosley?"

"Im da greatest ever, na'am sayin? These guys could fight 10 fights and not make the money i make in one, im the cash cow".

He is a great fighter, but theres no doubt he hasn't challenged himself as much as he could have, and he is a total tool of a person.

That can go too far in the other direction though, when you get guys like Jim Gray just being douches for douchebaggery's sake.

Brian Kenny is cool though. :good
