Light punching Diaz's key shot happens to be Floyd's best weapon, and Diaz landed SEVERAL clean left hooks. Imagine that shot landing at welterweight... and now you know why Floyd picked the most suitable small man out there...

Although the left hook didn't finish the fight as I predicted, but the WW version of that shot was the ultimate weapon vs. the much smaller and weaker JMM.

Yes Marquez is defensively open especially at mid-range and early on. But wasn't everyone declaring this Marquez P4P top2 despite those defensive weaknesses?

Maybe . . . but the main reason is:

Floyd: 'A small man will never retire me' :deal

Nope if he wins he can say he stopped JMM, when Pacqiauo barely beat him and drew

hmm says... The big top vid...he dropped his arm like most fighters instinctively do, especially whilst going backwards being pressured. You'll see a lot of people doing this once in a while.... instead of blocking the punch, a lot of boxers try to block/cut the path of the arm.. It's an ugly (amateur-looking) and risky thing cause if you fack up, you could be eating leather. That's why in boxing you learn to keep your hands up near your face. He wasn't even looking either.

Afterwards, the clips are clear exposures when going toe-to-toe that PBF can use.

Could you just imagine if Pac was in there instead of Diaz. Pac at 135 or 140 would have knocked Marquez out w/ his killer left hooks. Marquez appeared confused in these exchanges.

JMM's lack of defense was exposed in this one. Thanks for posting these.

Yup, the left hook is defo JMM's Krypto. I agree.
But in order to land it you have to be willing to take shots aswell.
Nothing in Floyds recent past has shown this nature to be aggressive.
(Nothing in the way Diaz did/does)

That & anyone can look open in a still pic or gif.

Pffft, so they **** what if Diaz can hurt JMM?! He didn't stop Marquez now did he? Despite hitting JMM with about 4 clean follow up shots after that left hook... and neither did Pacquiao nor did Barrera who are much harder punchers than Diaz or Mayweather. In fact, no one has ever stopped Marquez.

By the way, Floyd's best weapon is the straight right, not the left hook you ****ing dumb ****s! What, did you all just start watching Mayweather fight during the Ricky Hatton fight or something, because it's clear the right is Floyd heaviest, most effective punch.

Pac almost stopped him, and he was lucky enough to be saved by the bell. That was in 126 and 130. If they ever fight in l40, Pac w/ his increased power in higher weight will surely knock him out.

With these videos, I would love to watch JMM-Diaz rematch.

That's only in your opinion *******. My bet is that JMM could hang with Pacquiao at any weight.

i feel sad for this fight between JMM & mayweather. JMM is my favourite fighter for a while now, not least because his career has given him far less credit than he deserves: robbed by chris john for a pittance, 2 career changing v.close decisions with Pac, all the while hard fights which are taking it out of an aging fighter. He's perfect for a Brit who like to favour the underdog, but Marquez has top skills, chin & heart etc., i just fear for his career after this upcoming fight.

I think mayweather will win a topheavy decision or tko JMM, but either way JMM will take a lot of punishment and i'm afraid the result will be many more miles on JMM's fighting clock. If he were then to face Pac for a third fight it would have to be after Pac had faced mayweather and weathered a decision loss for it to be a close fight again.
